Project description

Madain Square is a mixed-use residential development comprising approximately 600 luxury villas, a community shopping mall, and public facilities including nurseries, parks, and recreational areas. RTC provided traffic and infrastructure design services, supporting the masterplan to ensure efficient internal circulation and connectivity with the surrounding road network. The scope included the design of internal roads, junctions, pedestrian walkways, cycling tracks, jogging paths, and coordination of the full infrastructure network, while supporting authority approvals and ensuring compliance with planning and transportation requirements.
