The brief
Sobha Siniya Island is a premium mixed-use waterfront development located in Umm Al Quwain, spanning approximately 2.15 km². Developed by Sobha Realty, the project is envisioned as an integrated and sustainable island community that blends residential, leisure, and lifestyle destinations within a carefully planned coastal environment. The development is designed to offer high-end living while maintaining strong connectivity, efficient mobility, and supporting infrastructure to serve residents and visitors.
Scope of Work
RTC was appointed to support the development through land support services, traffic impact studies, and the design and supervision of key transportation infrastructure. Our team is responsible for assessing traffic demand and accessibility to ensure seamless connectivity between the island and the surrounding transport network. In addition, RTC is delivering the design and construction supervision of roads, bridges, and utility services, ensuring the infrastructure supports the project’s long-term functionality, safety, and sustainability.
