The brief
The project involved supporting the development of a revised masterplan through detailed traffic analysis and infrastructure validation to ensure compliance with authority regulations and project requirements. The objective was to evaluate the transportation impact of the proposed development and confirm that the supporting infrastructure framework aligns with planning standards and operational needs
Scope of Work
RTC was responsible for conducting a comprehensive traffic study and validating the proposed infrastructure design in line with the revised masterplan. Our scope included traffic impact assessments, evaluation of the internal road network, and the planning and design of supporting utility services to ensure coordinated and compliant infrastructure development. In addition, RTC managed the process of securing approvals from relevant authorities and stakeholders, ensuring that the proposed solutions met regulatory requirements and supported the successful advancement of the project.
