PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The proposed 2X2 boulevard stretches over 7.7km running through King Fahd Suburb area located in Al Dammam, KSA. RTC assessed the feasibility of introducing over 540,000 sqm of mixed use GFA on both sides of the proposed boulevard. The scope was to assess the demand through 4 step modelling, test the impact of the proposed development on the surrounding road network, and propose a network of local roads to serve the proposed development.
