PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Cairo Festival City, an Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate development, is a mixed-use urban community located east of the ring road in New Cairo, Egypt, and north of 90 St.

The development extends over a land area of approx. 700 acres and comprises residential villas, apartments, business districts, a shopping mall, international schools, automotive parks, and office spaces. It is currently the biggest shopping mall in New Cairo.
