PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Al Khawaneej Avenue is a residential development comprising 92 luxury villas with supporting community facilities and landscaped public areas. RTC provided traffic and infrastructure design services, along with construction supervision, including support to the masterplan layout to ensure efficient internal circulation and connectivity with the external road network. The scope included the design of internal roads, junctions, pedestrian pathways, cycling tracks, jogging routes, and coordination of all required infrastructure networks, supporting authority submissions and approvals.
