The brief
Sobha Sanctuary is a large-scale master-planned residential community located in Dubailand, Dubai, developed by Sobha Realty. Spanning approximately 37 million sq. ft., the project is designed as a nature-led lifestyle destination that combines luxury villas and townhouses with expansive green landscapes, wellness-focused amenities, and thoughtfully planned community infrastructure. The development emphasizes open spaces, walkability, and sustainable living, creating a tranquil environment while maintaining strong connectivity to major areas of Dubai.
Scope of Work
RTC supports the development through urban planning and master planning support, contributing to the strategic planning and overall layout of the island community. Our scope also includes Traffic Impact Studies and Traffic & Infrastructure Design to ensure efficient mobility, safe circulation, and seamless connectivity within the development and surrounding road networks. In addition, RTC provides BIM modeling to support coordinated design development and enhance project efficiency, ensuring that all planning and infrastructure elements are integrated effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
