The brief
The R1090 Projects for Developers initiative, led by Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai, focused on implementing targeted infrastructure upgrades under the “Quick Wins” program. The initiative aimed to address urgent community needs by improving existing road networks, enhancing traffic flow, and increasing safety at key locations across the city. These works involved a series of fast-tracked interventions designed to deliver immediate and effective improvements within developed urban areas.
Scope of Work
RTC was appointed to provide detailed design and construction supervision services for multiple work orders issued under the Quick Wins initiative. Our scope included developing detailed design solutions for infrastructure enhancements and overseeing on-site implementation to ensure compliance with approved designs, technical standards, and authority requirements. Through close coordination with stakeholders and contractors, RTC supported the efficient delivery of improvements that enhanced road safety and optimized traffic operations in critical areas.
