The brief
ROSHN Riyadh Township is a large-scale residential development located in the northern part of Riyadh. The project spans approximately 25 million square meters and is designed to create a modern, integrated residential community that supports the rapid urban growth of the city. Positioned south of King Khalid International Airport, the site is intersected by tributaries of Wadi Sulay, requiring careful planning and coordination of infrastructure systems to support sustainable development.
The township forms part of the broader vision to deliver well-planned residential environments that combine housing, public amenities, and supporting infrastructure to serve future communities in Riyadh.
Scope of Work
RTC was appointed to deliver infrastructure design services to support the development of the township. Our scope focused on developing coordinated infrastructure systems aligned with the masterplan vision, ensuring that essential utilities and supporting infrastructure networks were planned and designed to accommodate the scale and requirements of the residential development.
