The project involves the construction of new internal roads and related utility diversion and protection works within the RTA Right-of-Way in Al Warqa and
Nad Al Sheba 1, Dubai. The scope includes site clearance, construction of asphalt roads, curbs, cycle tracks, parking areas, sidewalks, and pedestrian crossings,
along with installation of road signage, markings, and street lighting. The project also covers stormwater drainage works and the protection of existing utilities
within the project area
