The R1015/6 Consultancy Services project, led by Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai, focuses on implementing targeted improvements under the “Quick Wins” initiative. These works aim to enhance road safety, improve traffic flow, and respond efficiently to community requirements in critical locations.
Scope of Work
RTC was appointed to provide design and supervision services for quick infrastructure upgrades across multiple work orders issued under the initiative. Our scope involved developing practical design solutions for targeted improvements and overseeing their implementation to ensure compliance with approved designs, technical standards, and authority requirements. Through effective coordination and technical oversight, RTC supported the timely delivery of enhancements that improved safety and traffic operations across key areas.
