RTC was established in year 2008 as a free zone company and was later registered in 2013 with Dubai Economic Development (DED)
RTC's scope of work includes providing masterplan support for traffic and utility services, conducting a traffic impact study, and designing roads, bridges, and utility networks within the island and their connectivity to the external network.
