RTC scope is mainly to provide Traffic Study, Infrastructure Design validation for the revised masterplan in line with authority and client requirement and obtain all the relevant approvals from all the stakeholders.
The infrastructure validation will be including but not limited to traffic impact study, internal road network design and design of utility services.
