The brief
Reem and Shams Townhouses are part of the master-planned Town Square Dubai community developed by Nshama. Located along Al Qudra Road in Dubai, the developments consist of modern residential townhouses designed to create a vibrant, family-friendly neighborhood within the wider Town Square district. The projects offer spacious homes surrounded by landscaped parks, cycling and jogging trails, and a variety of community amenities, creating an integrated environment that promotes active and community-focused living.
Designed as part of a larger mixed-use masterplan, the developments emphasize accessibility, well-planned public spaces, and seamless connectivity to major road networks and key areas of Dubai. The communities combine residential living with retail, leisure, and recreational facilities, contributing to the creation of a self-sustained urban neighborhood.
Scope of Work
The project included the delivery of comprehensive traffic studies, infrastructure design, and landscape design services to support the development of integrated residential communities. The works ensured efficient mobility, coordinated infrastructure systems, and well-planned outdoor environments aligned with the overall masterplan vision.
