RTC was commissioned by RTA in April 2021 for the roads and infrastructure consultancy services for the improvement of internal Rioads in Nad al Sheba 2. It includes the improvements of existing roads and intersections, widening of existing roads, parking, off street parking and footpath and existing road improvements.
RTC was commissioned by RTA in July 2020 for this project which included detailed design and construction supervision of the improvements of existing roads and intersections, widening of existing roads, parking, off street parking and footpath at 6 locations in Dubai.
RTC was commissioned by M/s Al Wasl Al Jadeed Architects on behalf of M/s NSHAMA in November 2021 to undertake Infrastructure Design within the Plot for Residential Community which consists of 364 Villas and a Club House.
RTC’s scope involved development of detour layouts for the major stages of detour for the packages 1, 3, 4, 5 & 1A in coordination with respective contractors. Traffic analysis was carried out to assess the impact of the proposed detours. Developed detour layouts were discussed with RTA various departments to obtain their approval which will enable the contractor to implement the detour at site.
Cairo Festival City, an Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate development, is a mixed-use urban community located east of the ring road in New Cairo, Egypt, and north of 90 St. The development extends over a land area of approx. 700 acres and comprises residential villas, apartments, business districts, a shopping mall, international schools, automotive parks, and office spaces. It’s currently the biggest shopping mall in New Cairo.

The project scope involved the traffic assessment of the external roads, design of roads, parking signage, emergency evacuation plans, pedestrian connectivity, club car routes in and around the Presidential Palace, Abu Dhabi. The stages involved are conducting Traffic Impact Study, Detailed Design and Tendering.
RTC was commissioned for this project which included conducting detailed design of the proposed service road to serve the school. The development is a Private School located in Al Khawaneej First. Major roads surrounding the development include Al Khawaneej Road on the south side, Al Amardhi Road on the east side, Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street on the west side and Amman Street on the north side of the development.
RTC was appointed by M/s Kling Consult on behalf of ENBD to review the structural design of the pedestrian bridge connecting the ENBD Head office and the parking building in Nad Al Sheba, Dubai.
