RTC was established in year 2008 as a free zone company and was later registered in 2013 with Dubai Economic Development (DED)
RTC scope to Provide Traffic Impact Study and detailed design services for roads and utilities for the Blue Metro line stations. Project will cover approximately 30 km and include 14 stations, linking many previously less-connected areas.
